2.Q: If I order and it's the wrong size or the recipient doesn't like the colour or style will you exchange?

A: We will always happily exchange. We do ask that the boots are in an unworn condition and that you ask for the exchange within 30 days.

Changed your mind? That's absolutely fine too! Simply return the boots in an unworn condition for a refund. You can have 100% confidence when shopping with us. For full terms and conditions please read our T's & C's.

3. Q: Are your UGG boots really made in Australia?

A: Yes. We proudly manufacture at our factory in Melbourne, Australia. We have a very skilled team of UGG boot makers that take the finest quality double faced sheepskin and turn it into quality UGG boots. We stand behind our manufacturers warranty completely and out of the 100,000+ pairs we have sent out we have had less than 1% returned. If its our fault we will always accept responsibility and organise a lightning fast resolution.

4. Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: Once you place your order, we do our best to get it dispatched in a timely manner. Most orders are dispatched within 24hrs. We do ship every single work day. Once your order is sent it takes 3-5 business days for regular post (within Australia) and 1-2 business days for express post (within Australia) We currently send with Australia Post. As soon as your order has gone you will receive tracking notification.

5. Q: How can I tell which size will fit me correctly?

A: The easiest way is always to measure your feet and follow our sizing chart but we understand this isn't realistic for everyone. The next best way is to just choose the size you normally are in sneakers. You can always message our live chat online or send us a message on Facebook and we will respond very fast.

As a rule of thumb if you are a half size we say to godown a half size as UGG boots do slightly stretch.

6. Q: What is the difference between all of these UGG boot companies?

A: Lots. There are companies out there that have "Australia" or "Australian" in their name but actually manufacture overseas. Some common tricks are saying that they use "Australian sheepskin" when asked if they are Aussie made. Others bring in partially or fully made boots from overseas. Some use inferior sheepskin and stick pig skin on top.

We use the finest quality double faced sheepskin. We manufacture in Australia and are both Aussie made and owned. Every single pair of our UGG boots got through our 7 step manufacturing and quality control process which makes them what we consider the finest quality UGG boots in Australia.

7. Q: Can I get any colour in any of the styles?

A: Yes. If you see a colour you prefer in another style of UGG boots we can usually accommodate this. If you can't see the option online you can always just write your preferred colour in the notes section at checkout or feel free to contact us and we will happily assist.

8. Do you make UGG boots for people with larger feet or people with wider calves?

A: Yes we do. For larger sizes please see our "larger sizes" tab. Our wider fitting styles are our "boat" UGG boots or any design with laces. This allows for a wider fit.

8. Refunds during Covid - 19?

Due to the heartbreaking new stage 4 restrictions in Victoria, we have had to reduce staff numbers to an absolute minimum, as well as having to reduce our working hours. In these circumstances and due to our current backlog, refunds may take up to 4-6 weeks to be processed. We do apologise for this inconvenience and are working hard to get these processed as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience & support.
